JMGM-C Series
1.This machine is suitable for wide-surface grinding and cutting in industries such as machinery manufacture, mold and etc., and covers materials like steel parts, castings, nonferrous metals parts and so on. All workpieces can be directly fixed on the worktable or electromagnetic chuck during machining.
2. The machine adopts a high-rigidity stepped fixed cross-beam, double-column gantry structure, enabling the rigidity and stability of the machine. A dragging plate which moves laterally along the guideway is equipped on the beam: the grinding head moves up and down with the sliding plate vertically to the dragging plate. The guideway for the sliding plate is rectangular, while the dragging plate is applied with plastics. The reciprocating motion of the worktable is driven by hydraulic pressure. The bed and the worktable adopt (flat-V) type plastic sliding guideway pair.
3. The transverse movement of the grinding head employs the rolling linear guideway, and is driven by the ball screw pair, and the transverse movement can be used for spacing, continuous and intermittent feeding and others like: the electronic handwheel tool setting and micro-feeding.
4. The vertical movement of the grinding head employs the rectangular sliding guideway, and is driven by the servo motor, the vertical worm gear reducer, and the ball screw pair, enabling functions like fixed-size grinding and cutting, feeding, and rapid lifting, etc. It can also be used for the electronic handwheel tool setting and micro-feeding.
5. The reciprocating movement of the worktable is driven by an independent hydraulic station with stepless speed regulation, which allows stable operation and easy operation. The oil station is equipped with oil cooling device which enables a small rise of the system oil temperature.
6. The grinding head adopts the structure of dynamic and static compression tile.
7. The machine is equipped with manual and automatic surface grinding and cutting and other functions: the automatic grinding and cutting can be applied just to start of the automatic cycle button after set the required grinding parameters.
8. The longitudinal guideway of the machine is subject to the automatic continuous lubrication, while the vertical and horizontal guideway and screw pair are subject to the automatic centralized lubrication.
9. The cooling and flushing of the machine are realized by high-head cooling pump, which inhales the cooling liquid in the cooling water tank into the pipeline and transmits it to the grinding wheel and the workpiece through the nozzle. A magnetic separator is placed on the cooling box to filter the coolant for circulation.
